Description

Push bleeding_edge revisions 3417 and 3426 to 1.3 branch. This change unfolds the heap statistics in OOM situations into separate named variables in the stack in an attempt to allow us to inspect them in windbg. Committed: http://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=3428
