Description

Temporarily use the Proxy-Connection header before the Connection header in IsKeepAlive. This is an experiment to see if it allows us to do NTLM auth through Privoxy to a proxy. R=darin BUG=8325 Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=11684
