Description

Merge bleeding_edge revision 3406 and 3410 to 1.3 branch. This change puts a structure with heap statistics on the stack in case of OOM situations. This will allow us to see heap statistics in OOM crash reports. Committed: http://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=3413
