You removed the include guard - why not keep it?

I changed test_calling_conv implementation changed from C to C++ - so I decided
to add the Subzero_ prefix in the C++ way by using a namespace. This requires
including the test_calling_conv.h header twice in the driver - which the include
guards won't allow.
