media: Remove redundant DCHECK to check texture binding.

After r284652 applying bindless variants mailbox produce/consume,
WebMediaPlayerImpl::copyVideoTextureToPlatformTexture() doesn't change texture
binding. So the given DCHECK becomes redundant.
