Don't select a default entry in the password autofill popup

Don't select a default entry in the password autofill popup.
It is annoying as pressing tab/enter after modifying the text
field value would select the popup default entry again overriding your change.

TEST=Trigger the password autofill entry. Modify the suggested
     login name, press tab. The login you entered should be preserved.

It's okay if so since I agree we should do what is least annoying, but it should
be a bug to repair the inline autocomplete handling in here.  Peter has told me
many times to look at autocomplete_edit, because the code I wrote to do this in
webkit/glue is inadequate.  Looking for that bug...

Could you fix the try servers? Since there is actually a test for this file it'd
be nice to see it green. Thanks!
