I'm a bit getting confused with what DictionaryTest is testing.

Are you assuming that Dictionary users (e.g., FontFaceDescriptors) use
Nullable<T>? I was expecting that Nullable is just a concept of bindings.

No. I used Nullable<T> here just for convenience. This class is essentially a
dictionary holder, which does nothing but holds all member values. All members
can be retrieved as a dictionary by calling get().

Users of dictionaries should just use member values (or set values to
dictionaries). You can see how users code looks at:
