Include version information in Linux chrome.

This makes use of, and scons-enables, the Linux version header in Issue 45028.

Oh, I see, this file is generated.  It would be nice if it lived in Hammer/dbg/
somewhere so a clobber build will properly regenerate this file. See the example
at the end  of webkit/SConscript.

Also, should there be an env.AlwaysBuild call to make sure it picks up revision
changes?  It would be nice if the AlwaysBuild didn't cause a recompile (write
the .h to a temp file and rename if the file is different).

It should be going to:
Hammer/dbg/obj/base/file_version_info_linux.h

Done, and also added to gyp build.
