We typically prefer to not add additional files here unless necessary. Can this
[Exposed] and the various attributes and methods be added to TestObject.idl
without interfering with anything already there?

Note that the new spec says this should be:
Exposed=(Worker, Window, ServiceWorker)

Note: We need some way to recognize that "ServiceWorker" (and "SharedWorker",
"DedicatedWorker") are part of "Worker", which is a group definition.
