Description

This test is not a regression, I don't think we ever passed it. I believe it fails because we are not painting after a load has completed in a frame as DumpRenderTree does. I am still not sure though why it passes on Linux/Mac. I put my findings in http://crbug.com/8729. Committed: http://src.chromium.org/viewvc/chrome?view=rev&revision=11600
