This doesn't have to be an ActiveDOMObject in this patch yet, you should add it
when it's necessary. When you do, be sure to override hasPendingActivity() to
tell the GC whether it's safe to collect it regardless of traceability.

Ok. Seems like it has to be something so I made it a DOMWindowProperty for now.
