PTAL. I'm syncing and compiling now, so I haven't really tried this yet...
Hopefully I'll be able to land this today (i.e. in the next 45 minutes) to fix
the SyzyASan LKGR builder (which is used by Clusterfuzz).

This may not build (or it might), it makes 4 new targets browser_ui_1 ..
browser_ui_4 (or something) but I'm not sure how smart it is about renaming
references to browser_ui. Only works in the same file, or same includes or
something that I forget.

Anyway, please try before landing, but if it links, lgtm.

It seems that it magically takes care of fixing the references etc... I've been
able to do a local SyzyASan build without any issue. Committing, in the worst
case it's under a syzyasan flag so this will only affect the SyzyASan builder
which is already broken.
