Updated with MIPS & IMGtec, per request, plus our current contributors. 

Bojan & Svetozar have not contributed their own CL's yet, but will soon, and
also have code in the MIPS64 submission. Yu Yin has submitted code
(https://code.google.com/p/v8/source/detail?r=18274), has a valid CLA, and is
also a MIPS64 contributor.

Do we have (or want) a policy on when a company is listed as a contributor,
whether contributing employees of that company should be listed individually?
Right now we seem to have examples for both yes and no.

Personally, I don't feel strongly about it either way, but would weakly prefer
to avoid the duplication, i.e. since "Imagination Technologies" is listed, I'd
drop all individual *@imgtec.com entries (and do the same for *@arm.com and
*@intel.com).

There is actually a very specific policy about how the AUTHORS file should work,
and I'm currently working with various folks, including Paul, to make sure that
we implement it.

Loongson has their CLA in place now, I've added them here, and we have no more
individual contributor listings from MIPS, IMG, or Loongson. I think this is how
you wanted it. PTAL.
