DevTools: do not trigger autocomplete on deletion

DevTools: do not trigger autocomplete on deletion

Currently, deletion of a single letter in the end of the
word will trigger autocompletion (if any). As this is considered
disturbing, this patch switches off autocompletion summoning for
this case.
