Gallery: Make the minimum window size larger.

The previous minimum size does not fit the controls and the trach icon was
cropped.

As it's fixed when zoom is 100%, lgtm for this change.

But still cropped when zoomed >100%.
What looks bad to me is, when zoom is 125% and minimize the window,
filename keeps its width, previews are pushed to right, and almost all action
are hidden.
I think we can accept more zoom range by making filename's width flexible.

I modified the CSS let the gallery layout the controls more reasonably.
