Should this be Jpeg-specific? Does this have a corresponding camera API call?
Perhaps we should rather have a list of supported formats returned by the call?

This has a corresponding camera API call and should be Jpeg-specific. Also,
cameras may have different supported sizes for different output formats.

Replaced all Jpeg with JPEG.

dmichael@ When I ran generator.py, there was an error message -- TGenError:
'There is no default value for rtype  struct PP_Size*. Maybe you should provide
an on_failure attribute in the IDL file.'. Do you know why? Is adding on_failure
the right solution?

That doesn't seem right. We should not touch out-params in case of error. You
can probably add
[on_failure=NULL]
right before the method to shut up the IDL generator. If not, we may need to fix
it...
