views: Make the menu size the same as the menubutton size in the media bubble.

This fixes the width in views mode; it doesn't fix it in GTK+
theme. Actually fixing that there is hard.

lgtm with nits. I don't think this bug is a big deal, the menu certainly doesn't
match the exact button width in the "37.0.2057.0(Good Build)1.jpg" picture
posted at <http://crbug.com/393124#c2>, it's just pretty close.
