OK Any idea why moving them out of process is causing problems?

The test right before them is simulating a Ctrl-ESC which brings up
the Windows start menu.
At that point, I am guessing the tests have somehow problems getting
hold of the focus.
Not sure why making them out-of-proc changed that behavior.
