Not quite yet, but close - ScriptWrappable still has a dtor (albeit empty with
r177389.)

With r177436, making OrientationInformation derive from GarbageCollected<> is
possible and preferable. But Oilpan'ers will sweep out such now-redundant uses
of Finalized in any case.
