A bit asymmetrical I suppose to implement this here, when
IdlType.is_typed_array_type is actually defined as an "extension" in
v8_types.py.

Doing

  IdlUnionType.is_typed_array_type = False

there instead would be more symmetric. (And of course, fixing the FIXME above to
make IdlUnionType inherit IdlType would fix it even better.)
