Clean up WTH creation

WTHMojo was unable to observe bounds changes from its associated Node. Instead WTHMojo is now bound to a Node & derives bounds from it.

This is fine, but currently the window_tree_host_mojo is in the
mojo_aura_support target. mojo_view_manager depends upon mojo_aura_support. If
you make mojo_aura_support depend upon mojo_view_manager_lib then we'll end up
having a cycle.

I think mojo_view_manager only needs screen_mojo from mojo/aura. As I suspect
the mojo/aura one and the one needed by the view_manager are likely to diverge I
recommend copying screen_mojo into the view_manager and removing the dependency
from mojo_view_manager onto mojo_aura_support. This way no cycle.
