Removes Record configs from buildbot bench_pictures runs.

We (cc'ed) decided to do this in a meeting. The actual PictureBench codes
cleanup will follow, but wanted to skip the configs on the bots asap.
So I guess we need to rebase buildbot config expectations after this goes
through?
