Note that I did not try to actually follow through the CWS-related parts because
I found no examples of CWS manifests in the SDK. However, I did read through
these parts and made sure they are up to date w.r.t. descriptions, screenshots,
locations of menus and so on. I also updated the 'make' commands required to run
a local web server.

these icons don't look quite right to me. Rectangular CWS icons are not supposed
to fill the entire 128x128, but use a smaller rounded rectangle. (see
https://developers.google.com/chrome/web-store/docs/images#iconsize)

You should use native_client_sdk/src/resources/icon128.png instead.
