I think crash is actually happening here in line 169

I suspect that LoginDisplayHostImpl::default_host() maybe NULL. Which is not
good by itself but for now you can do the following:

DCHECK(LoginDisplayHostImpl::default_host());
if (LoginDisplayHostImpl::default_host()) {
  LoginDisplayHostImpl::default_host()->StartWizard(...);
}
