Fix autotest Makefile for vboot_reference.

Fix autotest Makefile for vboot_reference.

Update list of scripts and test binaries - slightly more involved since the test runner scripts and the test binaries themselves reside in different directories.

TEST=manual (Ran make, went into the tests/ directory and ran the tests)

This looks like a massive rewrite. Was this test even used sometime in the
last few months? ;)

I'm not seeing anything specifically bad, so LGTM, assuming you tested it in
the sense of make and running the binaries yourself to see if they're
correctly built etc.

Yeah, as I mentioned to you earlier - this was not being run as part
of any test suite because of the 32-bit/64-bit issue (we need the
tests to run in 64-bit mode). The build structure for vboot_reference
also changed considerably, hence all the path craziness.

Yup, that's exactly what I did.
