Maximize only normal/popup window
 Used to maximize menu as well.

Toggle home card when ctrl-l is pressed.

There were some discussions about letting popups automatically share the
existing space with the main content (like:

One window can open many popups, and they can open another popups, so this
definitely needs more discussion.
