Hmm the base URL on rietveld is now pretty long. Any idea why?

Otherwise:
* is the .org in the CL  title intentional?
* do you mind sending the patch to llvm-commits to help keep our localmods low?

Hmm... my fetch URL is now that long base URL. Perhaps I need to update
something else to get that working as well.

I was able to fix the base URL, here is a dummy CL testing it:

The fix can be found in this CL:

* I've removed the .org from the CL title.
* I've created a patch and sent it to llvm-commits.

Once the patch is accepted, I'll land this.
