Remove passing testharness expected files that are not required.

Remove passing testharness expected files that are not required.

This is removing ~250 files that are not required because they are
passing testharness output in an expected file. Adding such file will be
prevented via a PRESUBMIT check, see https://codereview.chromium.org/332583002/

FTR, to determine which files should be removed, I used
check-testharness-expected-pass with a small change: instead of getting the
files from the command line, I used os.walk to talk LayoutTests and check all
"*-expected.txt" files. Then `xargs rm`.

My goal was to remove those expected files after the presubmit check landed but
if I can get that CL landed as-is (ie. did not bitrot), I will get it landed,
it's quite huge already.

I will definitely send an email to blink-dev after the PRESUBMIT check has
landed. It sounds better to communicate this when it's fully ready.

I also meant to check that I will do a round check of expected file that need to
be deleted after the PRESUBMIT check lands.
