Also breaks chrome->appcache_interfaces.h dependency

just to clarify: I had meant that this was added a long time ago, and I haven't
heard about this for a while. So I defer to cpu to know if this particular part
is needed anymore or not.

Actually, I'm not on the Chrome team anymore, not for the last 9 months or so.

I'm happy to look at it, however, as long as someone else will LGTM too.
