I can't think of a good way to reduce the length of the names developers
specify.  Perhaps one day we will introduce aliases into the interfaces they use
without changing the mechanism.

PRESUBMIT.py in chromium/src still references these bots, but CQ doesn't. I'd
vote to remove those from PRESUBMIT.py first, so we can confirm that the traffic
on these bots goes to zero before killing them on the tryserver.

from PRESUBMIT.py (note that they had to be explicitly requested anyway).

CQ doesn't reference the bots being removed.
