I realized I have a bug to figure out the Note 3. If this is a priority let me
know (It's usually takes a while to track down a GPU specific bug like this). I
was hoping it either went away or achieved the same on a different way.

Not a priority right now, don't worry about it. Just need to figure this out
eventually so we can stop using hard-coded constants.
