[fsp] Make the selection state of providing extension icons prettier.

This simple patch makes the selected icons look good on the dark blue selection
background. Also, it is less tricky.

TEST=Tested manually with multiple icons.

This would make an inverted mask. Same as I tried in my previous version, but
your one is much less tricky. However, mask doesn't look very good for icons
which are big squares (such as camera app icon). The proposed filter makes it
grayscale, almost white, but not purely white. I'll show you on my workstation.
