Why are we calling the values in the map? It looks like they are still Types not
Functions.

There is a CL by Vijay where he converted the Types to
functions https://chromiumcodereview.appspot.com/300923003/
He has not submitted this CL yet.

I made this CL assuming that he would land his CL.
