Rename methods in ResourceFetcher to describe what's done in them correctly

Rename methods in ResourceFetcher to describe what's done in them correctly

loadRequest() was calling load() before
http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/129462 but no longer calling it. The
same about revalidateResource(). Give them new names describing what's
done in them.

Also, this CL makes some style fix in them.

I tend to insert a blank line right before the last return statement when the
contents of a function is big and split into several groups using blank lines.

But this CL doesn't need it and I'm not touching code around the return
statements, I've removed the change before commit.
