Deflake fast/text/decorations-transformed.html on Win7

Change fast/text/decorations-transformed.html to use the Ahem font
instead of ahem as test-only side-loaded fonts are case sensetive on
Windows. Also fix similar issue in line-break-after-question-mark
test.

Seems odd that 'ahem' would perform one way and 'Ahem' another.  Do we follow
CSS3 here?

No, this is explicitly for side-loaded fonts used for testing. The functionality
is not web exposed in any way.

OK.  Can we make DRT ASSERT or otherwise go down in a blaze of glory if it ever
sees the word "ahem".  This feels like a testing foot-gun. :)

Yeah, it's pretty bad but it fails spectacularly enough that it is very
noticeable in most cases.
We'll likely need proper support for side loaded fonts on Windows going forward
and when we implement support for that for real we'll update the testing code to
use that too.
