Description

Remove disabld MultiProfileFileManagerBrowserTes.MaxUser test. The cause of the failure looks to be just because it's too slow to run on the bots. Since the test itself is not adding much coverage (3 user tests covered in other test cases should be sufficient), I'd just remove them.
