FrameSelection::textWasReplaced and setSelectedRange shouldn't trigger synchronous layout

These synchronous calls to layout aren't necessary.

This CL merges http://trac.webkit.org/changeset/164319 by rniwa, which made WebKit go
fast on Speedometer.
