This fixes testChromeLogPath, which has been failing on Mac and Linux builders
since r274729. PTAL.

A while ago a change was made to chrome_launcher.cc that caused it to pass
"--log-level=1" instead of "--logging-level=1". Since the test uses
console.info() to insert a log message, this gets filtered out when we set the
log level to 1 (warning and higher).

There are two possible ways to fix this: 1) change the log level to 0 so that it
includes info log messages or 2) change the test so that it uses console.warn()
or higher. I've chosen the first option, let me know if you prefer the second.
