Description

Enable subpixel text scaling tests on Mac Enable the sub pixel text scaling tests on mac as support for the feature was implemented in r175203. Also move XP skip line to NeverFixTests as support for subpixel text scaling will not be implemented for GDI. BUG=378195 TBR=dominik.rottsches@intel.com

Hmm, looks like the tests require text smoothing to work. Will look into
enabling them for the virtual test suite instead for now...
