Hi Bret,

I got a build error on android_chromium_gn_compile_rel. It seems I overlooked
something in BUILD.gn. Could you give me some advice?

vector.data() is a C++11 addition so I wouldn't expect it to work consistently
across platforms (given that we don't require C++11). I'm not sure why this
would only pop up on the GN bot. But you should probably fix the code. I usually
do &foo[0] but you have to check first that the buffer is nonempty or it will
assert (I assume this is why they added the data() function).

Thank you for pointing this out. I updated the file and the bot looks happy.
Could you take another look?
