Thanks. I didn't know there was an existing bug Id for removing flags.

The reviewers are, apart fro you, team members and members of the security team
that should be aware of this change. I could also have CCed them.

Sorry, I chose an owner in "content", I didn't realize you weren't also owner in
"chrome". I'll add an owner for that file too.
