To be clear, the application was previously called "Address Book".  It was
renamed in 10.8 ("Mountain Lion").

I've updated the comment to include the information that in 10.8+, the app is
called Contacts.

I think it's important to continue to try to indicate that these are just the
user's own addresses, rather than addresses of all the user's contacts.

I've reverted to the original copy, with the exception of replacing Address Book
with Contacts
