Fix DDC status files. - A skip for an unmigrated test was accidentally deleted. Readded it. - test.dart now handles negative tests correctly for DDC, so fix the status entries for those. Committed: https://github.com/dart-lang/sdk/commit/354f6181bfd09694a59aea3dc93f58b0abe0b35e
