I know removing these broke tests – but for the life of me I can't figure out

Right now the bots are Red, but it looks like that the tests that are failing on
my machine are the same tests that are failing on the bots.

The removed packages does not seem to be correlated with the co19 tests.

I'll wait for the bots to get green and run again the tests then.
