The linux directory contains a top level ia32 d8 for compatibility? Is that
meant to be removed if remaining users are moved to the ia32/d8 path instead? If
so, then maybe add a note to README.google about this duplication.

The linux/arm64 directory does not contain a Linux arm64 build. The executable
uses the dynamic linker /system/bin/linker64 instead of
/lib/ld-linux-aarch64.so.1, suggesting a 64-bit android build was accidentally
used.

There is no linux ARM64 build that is built on the bots.  We will have to land
it by hand.
The versions are now 6.2.0, I have reuploaded the first linux ones to that
version.

The 6.2.0 builds works for me. arm64 still needs to become a Linux build, or be
omitted.
