EmitsReplacementChar -> EmitsObjectReplacementCharacterForImage ?

* We try to avoid abbreviation like "Char" in names;
* "Replacement character" (U+FFFD) is different from "object replacement
  character" (U+FFFC). It's probably good to clarify that here;
* It's probably worth noting that we are replacing images here.
