Linux Breakpad: Do not pass the Linux distro to non-browser processes.

After r271640, they no longer need this information, since the browser
process sets it in crash reports.

Hmm, I thought if you are in the OWNERS, you need a lg, but it doesn't have to
be another person from the OWNERS file. Am I remembering wrong or did the OWNERS
check behavior change?
