Remove app_list_unittests from win7_aura requirements.

The tryserver doesn't run app_list_unittests right
now, and it's causing the CQ to get backed up for
no reason.

Thanks for sorting this out. And sorry for the breakage :(. I feel a bit
embarrassed.. I've had ideas floating around my head about I could make a change
like this less scary in future (e.g. extra presubmit checks, or config
consolidation/visualisations) - I'll try to find some time to investigate those
further.

Yeah, this must be made better.  It's at the top of the nice to have queue, and
it's somewhere in the middle/top of the normal priority queue.

https://code.google.com/p/chromium/issues/detail?id=174141 is about permanently
unifying CQ and try bot configs.  stip owns the bugs that block this one.  Once
we link those two, we should move the bot configs across all masters (including
main waterfall and tryserver), gatekeeper, and lkgr systems over to use the same
root source of bots and bot steps.  We should be able to go to one place in the
Chrome source tree and see a listing of steps -> things.  We'll figure out what
this looks like as we fix issue 174141 and start to make progress on the next
thing (most likely gatekeeper configs).
