Code change LGTM.  Adding Rob and Brian to ask if we can be even more greedy,
given that we don't yet have all of the tools in place to make managing them
easy.

chrome is shipping 32bit on windows still, I believe. For GPU testing I think we
should just test the arch used by Chrome.
