Nit: no null check needed here, if LocalFrameClient is reachable, WebFrameClient
must be (with one exception, but this code shouldn't hit it)

Done - thanks for pointing this out (I was just cargo-culting from the
surrounding methods and noticed that some of them do check for nullness).
